Our Shipping Policy ensures your snack adventure begins as soon as possible. Each Munch Lot box is carefully packed and shipped within the United States to arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Once your box ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We’re committed to making shipping transparent, reliable, and affordable for all Munch Lot customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any Munch Lot snack boxes. However, if your snacks or drinks arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to replace the damaged items. Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but Munch Lot is not responsible for cancellations made after a renewal or shipment has been processed.
